Jeffrey P. Heft
Chief Executive Officer, BYL Risk Management, LLC
Jeffrey (Jeff) is the CEO of BYL Risk Management, LLC. He is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the company by working with the Executive Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies. Prior to founding BYL in 1998, served as a CPA for Kimmel, Lorah & Associates for 11 years, and as the Chief Financial Officer for American Telecast Products, a global leader in direct response marketing, for 10 years. Jeff holds a degree in Accounting from Drexel University and is a Certified Public Account.
Raymond W. Stein
Chief Operations Officer, BYL Risk Management, LLC
Raymond (Ray) is the COO of BYL Risk Management, LLC. He is responsible for all operational aspects of the company, including daily operations, revenue goals, performance metrics, and mitigating legal, compliance, and technological risks. Ray started his career in the Collections industry in 1986 as a collector for Financial Collection Agencies. Over the last 22 years, Raymond has successfully held management-level positions with both creditors and collection agencies. Prior to joining BYL in 2005, Raymond developed and headed up Wachovia Bank’s collection agency/attorney management program.
Karen Sliwinski
Chief Information Officer, BYL Risk Management, LLC
Karen is the CIO of BYL Risk Management, LLC, and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for all information technology functions relating to the company's technology platforms, development, data processing, vendor management, and help desk support. As the CIO, she develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure computer networking and system management remain compliant and secure. Prior to joining BYL in 1998, Karen served as Collection Manager for American Telecast Products.
Ryan M. Howard
President, BYL Risk Management, LLC
Ryan is the President of BYL Risk Management, LLC and its subsidiaries. He is responsible for overseeing marketing, sales, client services, strategic partnerships, and the financial health of the companies. Prior to his role as President, Ryan worked in multiple departments throughout the organization. Starting in data processing, insurance billing, and collections, In 2004, Ryan assisted in the formation of the company’s background screening division, VeriFirst. Most recently, Ryan has served as VP of Business Development for the group. Ryan holds a BA Degree in Communications from Lynn University.
